Wadi Al Nahil Investment Group was founded in 1403 H, corresponding to 1984 G. The business started with importing the US quality honey to fulfil the market needs in Riyadh, KSA. The first sales point that was then opened in Riyadh.

In 1984, apiaries were established in the south of KSA for the production of national Saudi honey. One year later, Wadi Al Nahl had already opened its own stores for Honey and Oud products.
In 1997, Wadi Al Nahil for Trading and Marketing Company was founded.
In 2008, Al Wefak Al Saudi Factory for Food Industries was set up on an area of 5,000 square metersin Egypt; for natural honey packing and jam manufacturing and more than 100 other products.
In 2008, AL RANA Company for Abroad Recruitment Services for Egyptian Labor was established.
In 2009, Wadi Al Nahil Factory for Production of Natural Oils in Jeddah was established.
