_Industrial Zone - Obour city
_Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred
_Knowledge of specific software programs,
_Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar
_Able to work independently
Friendly and professional demeanor
_Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
_Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
_Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
_Develop and implement office procedures
_Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
_Compose letters, memos and emails
Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
_Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
