Job Description
Drafting, editing & typing company’s correspondences for specific departments.
Maintaining an effective filing system and document control.
Performing administrative duties, which require highly, developed secretarial, operational, and supervisory skills.
Follow up on the implementation of operational procedures to maintain a consistent work flow in and out of the office.
Sending, receiving faxes & maintaining logs for incoming & outgoing correspondences.
Answering incoming phone calls and taking proper notes to the concerned department.
Review all invoices concerned with telephone lines, mobiles, photocopying, machines, supply orders and services requisitions and handle monthly analysis of international and local telephone lines invoices and prepare claims for private calls.
