Job Description
_Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
_Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
_Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
_File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
_Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
_Develop and maintain a filing system
_Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
_Make travel arrangements
_Document expenses and hand in reports
_Undertake occasional receptionist duties
