Review projects time schedules and preparer subcontractors plan.
Implement and review contracts and subcontracts.
Make sure that best practices are applied on each project.
Make all the revisions available to all the parties involved in the project Handle complaints and claims Calculate non-chargeable expenses, as well as any labor or equipment costs that may exceed the budget for the project.
Coordinate payment of subcontracts and Invoices.
