1. Managing a team of engineers in the design of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing.
2. Motivational leadership to encourage and achieve the best from the team within defined schedules.
3. Providing guidance and advice to the mechanical engineering team.
4. Reviewing design drawings created by the mechanical engineering team.
5. Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews engineering submissions within the mechanical and plumbing disciplines
6. Supervises the day-to-day technical work of the mechanical and plumbing discipline's designers and reviewers.
7. Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management.
8. Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators).
9. Develops Projects Department Procedures with ÖKOPLAN design guides, based on Standard Application Program and administrative practices.
10. Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with Project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly.
11. Coordinates with client representatives as delegated to obtain their approval on phases of work.
12. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations, including field and design documents relating to the discipline.
