• Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Record and document results and compare to expected results.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability, functionality and performance improvements.
• Analyze the reports and document the observations to identify the bottlenecks
• Perform application security audits.

Technical skills
• B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study
• ISTQB is a must
• 2-4 years experience in application and performance testing
• Experience with tools like Loadrunner or JMeter
• Experience with performance testing on ADF applications and java platforms is a plus.
• Utilizing strong analytical skills to piece together root cause, error rates, and memory leaks.
• Basic knowledge of sql scripts.
• Knowledge of Linux administration is a plus
• Troubleshooting & Reporting skills is a must
