Job Description
Endeavors to provide the best possible quality of service, which ultimately will serve to bring in new customers, notes down the complaints of the customer, He discusses the potential cost with the customer and seeks approval. If the estimate is accepted, prepares the work order and asks the customer to sign, a completion time is agreed, and then passes the order on to the Team Leader / control room. Handles customer complaints within the bounds of his authority. Responsible for Communication between Reception, Parts Department, Work-shop and customers. Promote parts & accessories sales. Follow up with warranty department warranty/goodwill. Organizing customer reception and flow of work.

• Shows high level of responsibility and willing to follow up related issues
• Effective written, oral and presentation skills, both in Arabic and English
• Negotiation skills.
