Job Description
Installs Dell EMC products in a Mainframe and/or Open Systems hardware environment. Performs moderately complex and/or extended-stay software implementations. Demonstrate system capabilities, review software operation and management tools, and provide information to customer concerning the operation and use of DELL EMC products.
Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving their use of DELL EMC storage solutions to help maximize their satisfaction with DELL EMC. Actively contributes to the configuration, layout and performance tuning of DELL EMC products.
Participates in the design and operational execution of the customer's disaster recovery process as required.
Performs necessary storage infrastructure maintenance and necessary data migration, as required.
Provides assistance to DELL EMC technical teams in the development of custom solutions and implementation preparation.
Contributes to the development of strategies, policies and best practices through participation in management meetings and other direct contributions. Develops and cultivates strong customer relationships ensuring a ''Customers for Life'' relationship.
Adheres to proper escalation and change control procedures, Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of EMC and industry products and solutions through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required

Fluency in English.
Fluency in German or Italian
Required Technical Skillset:
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
Demonstrated Knowledge in Host-based Migrations.
Hands on experience with DELL EMC and/or Vendor storage technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies including SNMP, IP.
Fiber Channel SAN Experience (using Cisco/Brocade solutions)
Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
A demonstrated positive and proactive approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to build key relationships with stakeholders, up to and including Manager and Director Levels.
Has an experience in working effectively in an unstructured and largely self-directed work environment with minimal supervision.
Has an experience to engage in discussions about technical subjects and confidently deliver technical presentation to a wide array of audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Proven experience to work in a high pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources.
Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
Can travel up to 100%
Can work Full time residency.
