Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to sales staff.
Inspects the areas in the store and resolves any issues that might arise
Supervises employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales
Maintains inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers

Technical Skills :-
