Job Description
Description
• Configure and maintain , Application server and Database server.
• Installing and implementation Applications in customer’s site.
• Define customers training plan with technical support Manger.
• Assist customers with software faults/bugs and on-site and/or remote troubleshooting.
• Follow up and monitoring the Customer request processes and the upgrade plan.
• Participating in products testing processes.
• Responsibility to travel to customer premises both in and outside of the normal or after working hours.
• Configuring the application modules as per customer needs matching to the standard.
• To complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
• To maintain and enhance the company image by acting all time professionally.
