 Analyze tendering drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
 Prepare complete and accurate estimates of all material cost and field labor in accordance with established methods.
 Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
 Have meetings with site engineers, consulting engineers, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
 Maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
 Negotiate with suppliers and insist on getting the best offers.

- Professional user of MS office.
- Professional user of AutoCAD + Revit+ BIM.
- Very Good command in English (written and spoken).
