We are on the hunt for an incredibly talented Logistics Supply Chain “Import and Export” specialist to join our dynamic team!
Job Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with supplies in European market.
2. Communicating internally with sales departments and understanding their demands
3. Creating shipments settlements and pulling out the corrective actions that could be taken.
4. Handling the shipping requests with shipping lines or forwarders.
5. Having experience working on Nafeza portal
6. Studying how to minimize costs by analyzing data, Is an integral part of the job
7. Putting the primary budget for each shipment

9. Following up on the financial statements for each shipment with accounting.
10. Following up with brokers around customs procedures.
11. Studying how to minimize costs by analyzing data. Is an integral part of the job.
12. Studying new products and communicating with suppliers to understand the products.
13. Responsible for purchasing company products (packaging machinery and materials)
14. Communicating internally with sales departments and understanding their demands
15. Processing requests and managing shipment processes.
16. Producing price quotations for the sales team according to the pricing system.
17. Meeting up with suppliers locally and abroad if needed.
18. Data Analysis and report generation are an integral part of the job. Job Requirements:
1. Ability to travel abroad is a plus
2. Experience working with European market
3. Bachelor degree in business administration or related
