Job Description
1. Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
2. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdes
3. Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
4. Document internal procedures Assist with onboarding of new users
5. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
6. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
7. Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
8. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and Software
9. Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
10. Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
