The candidate will be required to build a database of sales leads through online research; qualify these leads via outbound calls offering our company’s services and schedule a range of business meetings for sales executives.

-Construct a lead database of prospective clients via online research and referrals.
-Conduct outbound calls in order to promote company services and products.
-Handle inbound inquiries about company services.
Schedule sales meetings for sales executives to meet prospective clients.
-Follow up on orders to ensure products and services are delivered on time.
-Conduct after-sales phone surveys with clients ensuring that our services or products have met their expectations.

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Acceptable negotiation skills.
Good command of the English language.
Software solutions experience is a plus.
Technical background is a plus.
