_Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
_Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
_Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals
_Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
_Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
_Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
_Train other telemarketers when required
_Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
_Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
_Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

_Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
_2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
_Excellent phone manner and articulation
_Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis
_Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
