You need to make outbound calls to the customers, check the customer availability, fix appointments, inform the service delivery team, monitor the end to end support process, take customer feedback and improve the overall process. Provide details of service catalogue to customers, try to upsell the organization service whenever it's possible.
You have to monitor the end to end delivery support calls and follow up with prospective customers, sales and service team.
In addition, you need to take up administrative associated with the role including but not limited to - daily summary reports, pipeline update etc.
You must possess excellent communications and listening skills. You are customer focused and able to multi-task.
You should have at least 1 year experience in call center in service oriented industry. Preferably fluent in English communication, Arabic knowledge is added advantage.
