Job Description
maintain all the fire Life Safety equipment in first class order.
Ensure that the fire-life-safety crew has a complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms, and are trained in Emergency First Response.
Compiles a monthly consumption report on heat, light and power to include electricity, gas, steam and water.
Responds properly in any emergency or safety situation.
Tolerates vibration of hand tools.
Tolerates inclement, cold, and very warm environmental temperatures
Handles chlorine, acids, and caustics (protective gear is provided)
