Job Description
promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;
managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records;
selling travel products and tour packages;
sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism;
taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers;
liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance;
dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations;
overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
Participation in the development of programs for Hajj and Umrah.
Supervising the identification of the special needs of the operations during the Hajj and Umrah seasons and follow up the necessary arrangements.
Identify the needs of the seasons of human and financial resources.
Develop plans and programs to secure all the services of the group to customers, whether for Hajj or Umrah.
Supervision and follow-up of his subordinates in each of his own to prepare the processes of reception and make reservations in hotels and provide services feelings.
Coordinating with his staff to study the progress of the work and report to the Executive Director of Hajj and Umrah.
Follow up the arrival and departure of the pilgrims through the operating orders sent by the General Administration.
follow-up and direct supervision of the deputies in Medina.
