Food & Beverage experience is a must
provides Prompt service in a high level of courtesy to the guest.
Maintains a high level of the guest satisfaction under the supervision of the Captains.
Sets up tables & side station and Checks that the station assigned equipment are clean and the tables and chairs are in the right position.
Helps the captain in keeping the guest satisfied.
Collects guest checks and brings back their changes.
Clears up the guest tables.
Resets up the tables and checks and assures that they are seated up in accordance with reservation.
Checks the side station for cleanliness and tidiness and Prepares equipment to be available all the time in the side station.
Greets guest and presents food & beverage menu.
Takes and serves food & Beverage orders.
Takes and serves dessert & coffee orders.
Farewells the guests and thanks them for coming.
Reports any guest comments.
Takes and serves desserts coffee orders.

Technical skills :-
Food & Beverage experience is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience in Service field
TOURISM & HOTELS INSTITUTE GRADUATE.
AWARE OF THE NEW service TECHNIQUES.
HYGIENIC WISE.
EYE OF SUPERVISION.
Maintains Personal appearance and self hygiene.
Learns the established quality standard.
Knows how to pronounce names of foreign preparation on the menu and which beverages are served with it.
12% is added to the salary
