• The Warranty Engineer will become involved in all Warranty related topics.
Different aspects that will be part of his/her activities are:
• Claim Analysis and Project Lead, Warranty Claim Negotiations, Warranty
Forecasting & Actual reporting and Warranty spare parts availability .
• Claims documentation related to warranty applications, solutions and ser-vices.
• Inspect and approve First Article components.
• Interface with suppliers on technical questions.
• Provide warranty technical support ( automotive – Benzene/diesel ) . Date/part analysis.
• Failure analysis and Parts Testing.
• Problem solving techniques.
• Detail reports to document issues.
• Recommend product improvements.

• Expertise on warranty contracts, customer warranty Chargeback Processes.
• 1 – 2 years Automotive experience, Automotive Warranty/Quality experience preferred.
• Represents the Organization as the principal customer warranty contact and performs leadership role in warranty programs / projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Ger-man ( preferred )
• Communication and social skills on order to be the intermediaty between our clients and our vendors.
• Negotiation until settlement directly with customers and suppliers on signify-cant claims.
• Strong “commercial talent” for negotiating at customers until settlement.
• Assures proper root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Able to set priorities, stress resistant.
