Our Client is a leading global consultancy with offices in over 90 countries. They have an outstanding reputation for success, having worked on some of the worlds most prestigious projects worldwide, and are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join them on a High Rise residential landmark project based in India.

Job Skills
The ideal candidate will have 15 + years experience in contract administration and management on high rise building projects. Minimum of 10 + years experience in a similar position with responsibility for administration of multiple contracts including interpretation, claims, proven working history of FIDIC and other international standards pre and post award.
You will have:
Degree qualification in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
MRICS
Extensive experience with contract administration, negotiation, high value claims, dispute resolution, arbitration.
Previous overseas experience is preferred.
