2. Advise, Propose, recommend modifications/improvements based on best engineering/architectural/landscaping practices in line with the road project requirement. Excellent knowledge of soft and hard scape amalgamation to be implemented.
3. Coordinate landscape drawings to structure/Road GFC drawings, identify clashes with existing/proposed service corridors, traffic/public movement and other existing/planned features of road construction.
4. Approve and issue GFC drawings in consultation with clients architecture team.
5. Verify cost estimation for the purpose of tendering, develop tender specifications and conditions.
6. Short listing of contractor and recommend based on previous performance, antecedents and valuate.
7. Implementation of contract, construction supervision by landscape engineers, quality control, contract implementation, payment certifications.
8. Post construction handover of project.
9. Completion and closing of contract.
