Job Description
1) Attending to customer queries and translation of readings in Arabic language.
2) Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations; communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
3) Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
4) Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
5) Resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
