Job Description
We are currently staffing up for one of our Iraq based project, the work rotation is 8 weeks / 2 weeks, We offer a competitive salary package. Accommodation, meals and transportation during work rotation in Iraq will be provided by the Company. During the 2 weeks rotation leave, employees will travel back to their point of origin with tickets provided by the company. Employees are covered by the company’s comprehensive Medical and Life Insurance scheme. This opportunity is open for both expats and local candidate.

Key basic function and scope include:

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS office processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Knowledge of appropriate procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information.
Strong teamwork, customer service an organizational skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast pace environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback while being extremely adaptable and flexible.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

Perform administrative activities such as project filing, distribution, supplier invoice processing and assist with expense report, data input, quality review, editing and maintaining documents in a database.
Maintain calendars and schedule meetings
Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
Generate business correspondence and records.
Make travel arrangements include air travel, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, training enrolment, and itineraries.
Support the Site Manager in developing the rotation plan, monitor the plan & advise the Home-Office.
Compile the Timesheets & relate OT request, checking in regard to th

Key qualifications for this position include:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum (10) years of relevant experience in the Oil/Gas industry including three (3) years of site experience.
Five (5) Experience working office Suite program (Word, Excel, Power point, outlook, Visio, etc.).
Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Strong oral communication skills. Knowledge of the Arabic language is PLUS.
Previous working experience in Iraq and understanding the culture in Iraq is PLUS.
