We are currently staffing up for one of our Iraq based project, the work rotation is 8 weeks / 2 weeks, We offer a competitive salary package. Accommodation, meals and transportation during work rotation in Iraq will be provided by the Company. During the 2 weeks rotation leave, employees will travel back to their point of origin with tickets provided by the company. Employees are covered by the company’s comprehensive Medical and Life Insurance scheme. This opportunity is open for both expats and local candidate.

Key basic function and scope include:

Direct & supervise a team of project engineers, HSE, QA/QC personnel and inspectors.
Ensure that the overall package construction / quality and safety is achieved while maintaining the construction project schedule and budget.
Manage the construction contractors and Provide direction to construction team/subordinates.
Provide constructability and safety input into the engineering and design.
Ensure contractor’s adherence to the engineering standards and resolution of design issues in the EPC stage.
Provide proper reporting to the Site Manager.

Key qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor or diploma of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited university or institute.
More than ten (10) years of closely related professional experience & more than five (5) years inspecting civil/structural works.
Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations.
Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
Good command of written and spoken English, Strong oral communication skills. Knowledge of the Arabic language is PLUS.
Previous working experience in Iraq and understanding the culture in Iraq is PLUS.
