Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:
Coordinate local import/export & domestic operational requirements between UPS/MoveOne Offices, vendors and clients
Keeping the customer and UPS support team constantly updated during all stages of the service delivery
Prepare Import & Export Service Fees records and monitor customs& airport authorities invoices received to ensure accuracy.
Work with internal staff to ensure a professional and efficient delivery services
Notify appropriate personnel of potential discrepancies and assist in the correction/resolution required.
Order services as required from third party suppliers / vendors in relation to customer’s requirements while ensuring that all requested services have been properly quoted and approved prior to proceeding with coordination of each service.
Provide solutions or work-arounds best suited on a case by case basis
Must remain up to date on general processes and requirements for KRG imports, exports, customs brokerage, domestic services requirements in order to ensure quality services to each customer
Ensure that all UPS related Petty Cash expenses & payments performed locally are properly monitored and reported on a weekly basis.
Adhere to local and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies.
Regular reporting to supervisors as required.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Work well under pressure and able to work long hours

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience
Minimum 2 years experience working in the Logistics and Transport industry or Express Services
Excellent English communication skills – Kurdish speaker an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with web-based applications
