Job Description
Developing Customer’s Business
•Develop and implement Joint Business Plan with the customer(s), based on the SBVC model to achieve target sales volume, share growth and in store fundamentals.
•Develop strong account penetration to facilitate collaboration, achievement of desired business results and joint work.
•Negotiate and manage customer trading terms (payment, logistics, pricing, funds) to achieve business targets.
•Propose and initiate business building ideas and plans beyond the Company’s Sales Business Plans in order to further build the business with the customer and capture all business building opportunities.

Management & Development of People
•Energize and enable direct reports by monitoring, coaching, providing feedback and building capabilities to deliver the business objectives and personal growth
•Allocate resources within the District efficiently and economically in order to maximize output and achieve efficiency in use of resources while maximizing business results

Trade Funds Management
•Manage customer business development funds within set guidelines to deliver business targets in line with Joint business plan.

•Oversee the receivable collections are done timely and within the agreed payment terms.

Deployment of sales business plan
•Manage and plan the execution of the SBP timely and flawlessly to achieve desired target execution objectives.

Market Intelligence
•Communicate internally any event taken by competitors / customers which can have an impact on our business in order to take the required actions.
