Job description

• Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving deep product knowledge and excellent service & ensure the correctness of the specific brand merchandise in the dedicated shelves
• Primary responsibility is Customer Service
• Check the stock daily to ensure that all specific products are adequately stocked and available for customers
• Ensure that all merchandise (of a particular brand) is displayed nicely and orderly and featured merchandise prominently displayed in each section
• Help the supplier by suggesting alternative locations/display for products
• Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock
• Ensure brand promotions are properly set up & performed
• Be informed by the Product Manager on the actual & future promotions
• Collaborate in full inventory counting with the shop team
• Set and achieve goals during each review period
• Take advantage of the training opportunities that are offered either by the supplier or the company
• Whenever possible find out the specific needs of each person that enters the shop
• Maintain store & Brand image by adhering to the dress guidelines
