Job Description
FEED design for the Petrochemical complex, comprising of Gasoline block, Aromatics block, Olefins block and Utilities & offsites will commence during 2017 in Consultant’ offices. Provides required information regarding the available codes &project standards, identifies additional requirements for the project and participates, reviews any new standards developed by the Consultant and finalizes the engineering standards relevant to the project. Participates in the development of Work breakdown structure, plot plan development and design basis for overall as well as individual unit/facilities of the project.
Participates in review and approval process of Plot plan, PFDs, P&IDs, HAZOPS, LOPA, Three D model review, piping & static equipment specifications, sparing requirements, ITB document for EPC, EPC bid evaluation and selection.
During EPC phase, participates in the detail design of the project.

Job Skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 6 years of experience (9 years for expatriate candidates) in Refinery/Petrochemical industries,
• Conversant with codes and engineering standards, piping classes, plant lay out requirements
• Experience in reviewing and approving equipment specification (for columns, vessels, furnaces etc.,) in design engineering packages
• Participation in HAZOPS, P&ID reviews
