Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Successfully drive awareness, adoption, and plan effective online programs including adverting campaigns, global awareness programs, and promotions.
• Effectively execute online ad campaigns from beginning to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting.
• Data analysis to determine optimization strategies
• Setting up test experiments to measure the impact of digital advertising
• Adapt messaging into compelling and effective copy that fits the appropriate audience and marketing vehicle while maintaining the company’s brand and voice.
• Build comprehensive reports that measures ROI using internal and external analytic tools; analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, modify campaigns based on conclusions (e.g., optimize campaigns using A/B and multi-variate testing), and clearly articulate results to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing
• Global advertising experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing and/or relevant field of study.
• Expert knowledge of display advertising, social media networks, and ad networks.
• Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
• Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives.
• Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, such as Omniture, Google Analytics, BI and analytics packages, and content management systems (CMS).
• Skilled negotiator with experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record staying on budget.
• Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
