The successful candidate will be a highly self- motivated individual who can provide comprehensive PA and secretarial support to the team. This role requires a very confident and highly articulate individual as this is a demanding position with extremely high volumes of administration, especially complex diary and travel management. Candidates must be forward thinking and able to offer innovative and creative solutions to the team to maximize efficiency.
Additionally, the role will include managing all files, archiving and updating client/ contact lists on relevant databases, liaising with external clients/ contacts in a professional manner and building strong working relationships as well as managing the monthly billing process and dealing with the team's expenses
The role will demand a high level of typing, including amending documents, taking minutes in meetings and general day – to- day correspondence. Typing skills should be fast and accurat
