• Monitor, manage and troubleshoot the Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily operations.
• Very strong knowledge and experience in working on PC & system applications, MS Office.
• Performs a variety of skilled duties in support of the (AMI) team including: reading, building, programming, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters.
• Troubleshoots meter communications issues.

Technical Diploma / Degree in major of Computer/Software Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with hands on experience on various O & M applications.
