Job Description
Project Manager - Healthcare
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be involved in the project management of major projects or a portfolio of smaller projects across the programme of works that consist of up to 200 building projects.
This will lead from design development, procurement, detailed design and then once the construction contracts have been awarded manage the project through delivery to hand over, ensuring quality, safety, time and cost parameters are met or exceeded.
We are seeking people that have worked for Blue Chip, Western Project Management or Construction Management organisations or the larger Healthcare Trusts or SPVs that have delivered many successful hospitals.
This is a client facing role, managing a Professional team, managing Local and International Sub Consultants and Contractors.

Minimum of 10 years Post Graduate experience is essential.
International experience is NOT essential.
High End Building or Major Project experience is essential.
A Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering background are all acceptable.
Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organisations.
Candidates MUST be prepared to live and work in the location of the project.
Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.
