5. Proven ability to identify customer issues or concerns and resolve them effectively and efficiently. Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
6. demonstrated the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally and calmly. Experience in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive outcome.
