Job Description
Our client, a global consultancy is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Cost Manager for a major infrastructure & construction project based in the Gulf region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for: reviewing all contract documentation related to terms of payments in order to ensure timely certification of payments; following up closely on all expenses related to projects to prevent any impact on project's cash flows; liaising with quantity surveyors; control and analysing costs in relation to quantities, contractor’s BoQ’s and issuing monthly cost reports; addressing cost analysis, early warning, and recommendation of recovery actions and measures.

You will have:
Degree qualification in a related discipline
Membership of a recognised International Professional Body e.g. MRICS
10+ years post graduate experience of all commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects including highways, roads, bridges, tunnelling and utilities.
Working knowledge of Cost Estimating Software, Timberline, CSS,
Fluent in English written and spoken
