• Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of telecom or smart metering or IoT networks and equipment.
• Knowledge of methods and techniques of troubleshooting AMI operational issues
• Knowledge of maintaining the metering database for monthly billing and ongoing meter troubleshooting.
• Most recent experience (at least 2 years) in hand on testing & commissioning, installation & repair of all type of meters communication and testing equipment.

Technical Diploma / bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or related field or equivalent
• Computer basic literate in MS Office, Excel and GIS is plus
• Good communication skills
