نبحث عن خبير متمرس في مجال المطاعم للعمل بوظيفة مدير تشغيل / مدير تنفيذي لمطاعم متخصصة في الأكل اللبناني من فئة VIP بمنطقة مكة المكرمة وجدة .
لديه رؤية إبداعية وحس تجاري قوي ، قادر على تطوير المبيعات وتوسيع أعمال مطاعمنا في السوق المحلية .
سيكون عليه وضع خطط استراتيجية وحلول مبتكرة لتحسين الأداء المالي، وتطوير القوائم، وتعزيز تجربة العملاء، وتوسيع نطاق أعمالنا.
المهام الرئيسية:
وضع الاستراتيجية: تطوير استراتيجية شاملة لنمو وتوسع أعمال المطاعم على المستوى المحلي.
تحليل السوق: دراسة الأسواق المستهدفة، وتحديد الفرص والتحديات، وتطوير خطط دخول السوق.
تطوير المنتجات: ابتكار قوائم طعام جديدة ومميزة، والتأكد من جودتها وعرضها بشكل جذاب ، وتطوير قوائم الطعام الحالية.
التسويق والمبيعات: تطوير حملات تسويقية فعالة، وبناء العلامة التجارية للمطعم على المستوى المحلي.
إدارة العمليات: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمطعم، وتحسين الكفاءة، وضمان جودة الخدمة.
إدارة الميزانية: وضع الميزانيات، وتتبع النفقات ودراسة وتحليل التكاليف ، وتحقيق الأهداف المالية.
بناء الفريق: بناء فريق عمل متميز، وتدريبه وتطويره.
الشروط المطلوبة:
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة المطاعم، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة دولية.
معرفة عميقة بأسواق المطاعم السعودية.
مهارات قوية في التحليل والاستراتيجية.
إلمام باللغات الأجنبية (الإنجليزية على الأقل).
مهارات قيادية ممتازة.
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
