1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية (شرط أساسي).
شهادة عليا (ماجستير أو دبلوم عالي) في إدارة المشاريع (ميزة إضافية).
شهادة FIDIC في إدارة العقود الهندسية وتطبيقها (ميزة مفضلة).
2. الخبرة العملية:
15 عامًا على الأقل في إدارة مشاريع هندسية كبرى تتضمن المجمعات السكنية، الأبراج، المستشفيات، والمنشآت التعليمية.
خبرة مثبتة بالعمل في مكاتب استشارية كمدير مشروع، مع توثيق لحجم المشاريع ومدد تنفيذها.
سجل مهني موثق يحتوي على شهادات إنجاز وأمثلة عملية.
خبرة متميزة في إدارة ومراجعة التصاميم متعددة التخصصات (معماري، إنشائي، كهربائي، ميكانيكي).
التعامل مع عملاء ذوي متطلبات خاصة وفهم دقيق لاحتياجاتهم.
3. المهارات الإدارية والفنية:
إدارة فرق العمل متعددة التخصصات وضمان التنسيق بينها لتحقيق التكامل بين التصميم والتنفيذ.
خبرة واسعة في إدارة العقود والتطبيق الاحترافي لها.
إتقان برامج مثل AutoCAD، Revit، Primavera، MS Project.
القدرة على إدارة الميزانيات المالية وإعداد الفواتير ومراقبة التكاليف وضمان الالتزام بالعقود.
معرفة شاملة بالمعايير الهندسية الدولية واشتراطات البناء السعودية.
4. المهارات الشخصية:
قيادة متميزة لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة وإدارة الفرق بفعالية.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا بما يتناسب مع متطلبات الوظيفة.
قدرات تواصل ممتازة تشمل التفاوض، إدارة التغيير، وحل المشكلات.
5. المعرفة القانونية والتنظيمية:
إلمام كامل بمعايير البناء السعودية والدولية.
فهم قوانين التراخيص والتنظيمات المحلية.
خبرة كبيرة في التعامل مع عقود FIDIC والالتزام بالقوانين ذات الصلة.
