Landbased / Shore-based position

1. Must be a qualified Second Engineer to fit the job.
2. Has Excellent knowledge of Marine Operations and has operational knowledge and technical skill as well as being able to understand the barge /shore interface.
3. Oversee barge reliability and safe operations and providing daily operational guideline to direct report and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
4. Compliance to class survey (ABS)
5. Degree in Marine Engineering or Electrical Engineering with valid documentation, with at least two years’ experience as Second Engineer. a. STCW certificates, b. Certificate of Competency/Proficiency, c. Seaman Book, d. Training & Experience Certificates e. Passport
6. Qualification: STCW III/2, STCW VI/1
7. Must have valid MARLIN English Test Certificate or equivalent maritime English proficiency
8. Nationality: Any
9. Age: not older than 50 years old with exemption
10. Oil and Chemical tanker experience will be an added advantage.
11. Well spoken and written English 10\10
12. Well familiar with technical support.
13. Well familiar with knowledge management.
14. Well familiar with unmanned diesel barges.
