2-Senior Business Analyst
• Responsible and accountable for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users across multiple domains.
• Involved at some level throughout the entire system or software development life cycle.
• Identify project stakeholders and user classes. Document user class characteristics.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
• Write business and system requirements specifications
• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate.

Requirements:
• 5+ Strong knowledge of Business analyzing methodologies, tools and processes
• 5+ years' rich experience in Portal solutions (SharePoint) and all its components such as (ASP.NET, SharePoint administration, SharePoint development, vb.neL CP, etc.), Oracle ERP, DBs and readymade systems/Software.
• Proven work experience in software development.
• Solid knowledge of SQL & ERP DBs
• 3+ years' experience in system analysis and SDLC.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CRAP) is Preferred.
• Business process understanding
• Project Management, communication and team work skills.
• Has minimum 3+ years' experience in the following fields: Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance,
Bachelor degree as minimum in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology discipline
