Job Description
Our client, a leading global consultancy who has an outstanding reputation and has worked on several iconic building projects worldwide is currently seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join them on a landmark project based in KSA.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for Interfacing with the client, managing pre and post contract issues. Ensuring high quality of service and deliverable, compliant with governance and procedures, ensure the quality standards in all produced works and conduct are met, producing reports and presentations for both internal reporting and client presentation.

Job Skills
You will have:

Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying from a western institution.
Member of a professional body i.e MRICS
Minimum of 10 + years experience of managing pre and post contracts
Previous Middle East/GCC experience
