Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will translate concepts into functional and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models for residential, commercial, or public projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to refine project plans.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all designs meet building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Present design proposals and communicate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in architectural design or internship is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of sustainable/green design practices.
• Experience with rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
This role may involve both office-based design work and on-site project visits. Flexibility and adaptability to project demands are expected.
