Job Description
•Ensure having the most modern and updated versions of services
•Plan and manage related projects and conduct projects’ lifecycle from specifications to delivery, and organizing its development.
•Review and approve procedures of new equipment acceptance test.
•Ensures that documentations of hardware / software configuration controls are maintained within the Section.
•Review the critical action plans for product services implementations and updates.
•Conduct and prepare VAS’s cost-effective technical solutions to customers.
•Ensure the installation and operation/maintenance of platforms and their related services to meet IN&VAS Service Delivery department objectives and MTN’ goals.
•Direct involvement with critical operations affecting the normal performance of the network.
•Report on regular basis team performance and section/Unit productivity
•Conduct regular staff meetings.
•Coaching of team members and setting of training plans relevant to concerned Section/Unit activities.
•Review internal/external regular reports or any correspondence related to concern Section/Unit.
•Interface and follow up with equipment suppliers to ensure that the company receives effective and timely support as per contractual agreement.
•Provide technical support to concerned Section/Unit.
•Initiate and follow-up new VAS services based on research /Marketing request.
•Prepare/Review and submit for approval dimensioning of new services platforms (Hardware and Software.)
•Review loads balance for services and platforms.
•Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/IN Service Delivery Senior Manager.

Job Skills
•Syrian National
•BS in Engineering, IT or Telecom or any equivalent degree.
•5 years of experience in Value Added Services in GSM Sector.
•Software engineering life cycle
•Relevant knowledge of telecom and GSM
•Project Management.
•High communication and documentation skills
