Monitor team leaders to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project.
Monitor the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
Train all team leaders on upselling techniques and strategies
Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints
Site visits to assess the quality-of-service delivery, safe working practices, and soft skills;
Ensure process compliance and report accuracy from the teams

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
