Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with general office tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary
Assist in creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required
Assist in coordinating company events and activities
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
