Internal Controls, Risk and Strategic Direction
Strategic Initiatives:
• Act as a key support to Business Owner in coordinating with key
internal stakeholders, including the executive management, IT, Credit
Policy, Legal, CPR, Sharia, Compliance teams etc on collating
requirements for launch of new digital initiatives.
• Support Business Owner in aligning internal stakeholders on the
process flows, UI / UX and gathering credit rules to be configured as a
part of the deployment of new journeys.
• Review and finalize the communication templates including obtaining
necessary approvals internally across stakeholders.
• Build scenarios to facilitate end to end testing to ensure the built and
output as per the requirement.
• Support Business Owner in implementation of digital programs
aligning with the bank’s overall objectives and enhance customer
experience.
