The successful applicant will be responsible for up to 3 staff members initially and the key role responsibilities will be to manage the HR Administration & Payroll, HRIS System Benefits administration, Document retention, HR data processing and UAE Nationals Pensions.

You must have 5+ years experience, preferable as a HR generalist, in a large organization managing work that is directly related to the job responsibilities. You will have the ability to prepare action plans to implement strategy, have experience of working on SAP and have the ability to maintain relationships with internal/external colleagues.
