Job Skills
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Technical and Business Management qualifications highly desirable. Sufficient knowledge on:

* Business modeling tools
* After-sales/Marketing
* Fleet industry knowledge
* Microsoft office suite knowledge

آ Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Aftersales/Customer Service in the automotive industry with exposure to direct customer facing roles - preferably involving major fleet companies and experience of building positive B2B business relationships.
Job-Specific Skills: The ideal candidate should have an understanding of key business dynamics, a good understanding of the After sales business, at both business and technical level, and processes within dealerships and fleet operators.
Behavioural Competencies : Adept at using effective communication and influencing skills to gain commitment and support from a wide range of stakeholders.Self-motivated, resilient, enthusiastic and passionate about the brand.
Candidates MUST be fluent in Arabic in order to qualify for this position.
