Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Relation Officer to join our team. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance to enhance our guests' stay.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services
Handle guest complaints and concerns, providing timely resolutions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Assist with reservations and room bookings
Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
